We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator, to work as part of the Customer Services Team here at our Fenay Bridge Head Office
This full time role will directly report to the Customer Services Manager
Hours of work will be 40 per week (8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday)
Salary – Up to £16,500 (reviewed after 6 months)
- Experience of Customer Service within a SME manufacturing environment.
- Good administration and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use these at all levels of the business.
- Candidate must be well structured and an organised individual, with keen attention to detail.
- Candidate must have the ability to work both within a team and on their own initiative, and be able to fit into the company culture.
- Good overall IT skills covering the main Microsoft applications.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to the role.
- Experience of communicating with Customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience of dealing with Export documentation would be an advantage.
