I found the course straight forward and informative. It was delivered with a common sense approach that teaches you practical skills in a realistic manner. Thanks Phil. Richard, March 2019.

This programme is perfect for employees looking to develop the fundamental basics, prior to further first aid training (such as the 3 day First Aid at Work course).
There are no specific entry requirements for this programme. .

“Very good course, the trainer very engaging & approachable. I feel confident I will be a competent first aider if needed to treat an injury or maintain good treatment whilst an ambulance was en route. It was very engaging. Loved doing the practical bits as that helps the information stick in your memory.” Fleur, October 2018.
“The course has given me a greater confidence to deal with any emergency situations and helped to debunk some myths. It was engaging with a knowledgeable tutor.” Michael, April 2019.
