Course Delivery

This programme has a packed schedule, delivered over a three day timescale. The programme is accredited and approved by Qualsafe, the awarding organisation for First Aid training.

Our tutors are industry specialists with decades of first aid experience. The course is classroom based and includes ‘first aid simulation’ (practical, hands on examples of how to deal with a variety of first aid situations). This will, from time to time, involve learners undertaking role play with other learners.

The programme is assessed throughout, using a range of ongoing assessment methods. In addition, there are two multi-choice assessment papers that learners need to achieve to complete the course.

Course Feedback

– Very good & thorough course. Phil was very good at explaining things, often using own/others experiences as examples. Kept revisiting topics to ensure everything was understood. Great venue & lunches! Gareth. March 2017

– Phil was an excellent tutor & took time to explain things. We had lots of opportunities to practice & discuss with Phil/other delegates any questions we had. Sarah. March 2017

– The tutor kept the course interesting with involvement & you could tell from examples he gave, he was someone with experience. One of the best courses I have been on & it was all down to the tutor. Thank you. Iain. June 2017.
