BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are a growing and expanding company in Leeds looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join our team. We have apprentices across all departments and a good team of staff to help and support you in your journey to grow and learn with Daletech Electronics.         

VACANCY DESCRIPTION

GOODS INWARDS
Control of Goods Inwards
Control of free issue
Control of purchase orders
Control of kitting for jobs
Ensure product and pricing is correct
PRODUCTION PLANNING
To attend production planning Huddles & meetings
To assist in planning production by checking information,
Maintaining contact with customers.
Liaising with the Production Director & Supervisor
STOCK CHECKS
To create stock checks for new orders
To check stock for new orders
To create purchasing information for stock required

CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES
To process customer enquiries for rework and manufacture
To communicate directly with customers for ongoing jobs
To report progress to customers

CUSTOMER NEW ORDERS
To help progress orders by liasing with customers,
Checking stock levels
Kitting up for jobs
PURCHASING
Purchasing components for new jobs
Processing purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers
CUSTOMER INTERACTION
To be customer facing and communicate directly with Customers
ACCOUNTS
To be aware of and able to create necessary paperwork
Including sales invoices; delivery notes etc.
To be able to process purchase invoices
CUSTOMER QUOTES To issues customer quotes for rework & manufacture
MISC.
Other jobs will be planned with Management which will include staff lunch organisation; visitor management etc

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Maths and English GCSE A-C / 4-9 or equivelant

Some previous administration experience is desirable but essential
