We are looking to recruit a TQM Manager to establish and drive forward from a senior level perspective a TQM culture more aligned to satisfying customers’ needs whilst minimising negative variances and maximising profit margin on the factory floor. The successful candidate will be one of the main driving forces in this ambition as our company strives towards increased market penetration in what is already a globally established international customer base.
Candidates will already have a well-established experience in the development of a “Total Quality Management” systematic approach and will be very well versed in all the most modern of methods and techniques to develop such a working environment successfully.
A proven track record of the management of TQM techniques and processes designed, applied, measured and audited to a high level of success showing significant reductions in the overall “Cost of Quality” and in a fast moving and dynamic manufacturing environment will be essential.
Preferably the candidates should have had involvement in the Textiles Industry specifically Dyeing and Finishing, which would be a genuine advantage, but is not necessarily essential.
The position will require an individual with a strong but warm and persuasive personality who is both determined and resilient along with excellent inter personal skills.
The person should be able to deliver culture change at all levels within the business along with the ability to motivate, mentor and engage the employees
